El recluta es el reemplazo supuesto del Archer de RO1. Todavía, de la descripción oficial, su papel varía del Archer y más bién la clase del cazador del mundo de Warcraft. Cueste lo que cueste, el recluta es el amo de largo alcance del ataque.A diferencia del Arquero, el Recluta usa armas similares a armas de día modernos, saquea, y cañones gatling.El armamento se conoce como un " Dampf Flinte " en el mundo RO2. La raza Norman avanzo pesadamente en tecnología para lograr armas para compensar sus defectos en sus capacidades físicas y mentales. Una diferencia grande del Arquero RO1 es que los Reclutas también pueden contratar en el tumulto con eficacia. El metraje ha sido liberado de un Recluta que ataca a un enemigo que usa su arma como un arma de tumulto, golpeándolos con el final de extremo del arma.

~ Main Stat

CON: Max. P. Ranged Attack +4, Min. P. Ranged Attack +2, and P. Short Attack Speed +2.

~ Secondary Stat

INT: Max. Magic Attack +6, Min. Magic Attack +3, and P. Ranged Critical Rate +1.

~ Skills

* Damp Rifle Mastery: This skill increases Ranged Attack Power and Ranged Accuracy when using a Damp Rifle.
* Fire Practice: This skill increases your Physical Ranged Max Attack and Min Attack when using with a Damp Rifle.
* Close Order Drill: This skill increase Short Ranged Physical Attack Power.
* Bayonet Stance: This skill lets you use Bayonet Stance.
* Hide: This skill raises your soul resistance.
* Strong Mind: This skill raises your soul resistance.
* Predator Focus: This skill increases your ranged Attack Power and Accuracy depending on your CON stat.
* Survival Skill: Certain species of eating corpses to recover the HP. The party members will also have a 50% HP recovery within a certain radius.
* Flinte Slam: This skill lets you hit the head of your enemy with the butt of your gun.
* Joint Kick: Kicks the leg of your enemy to add 'Lower Body Paralysis'. 1 LP Required. While under the effects of 'Lower Body Paralysis' moving is impossible.
* Focus Shot: This skill is an aimed shot for the lower half of the body and has a chance to cause "Lower Body Paralysis".
* Final Blow: This skill uses all of your LP to do critical damage to the target.
* Luring Shot: This skill won't do any damage to the enemies but to attract the attention of the enemies. When used, the enemy will turn to you.
* Rotating Fire Shot: This skill has a chance to wound the enemy.
* Tracking: This skill reveals all hiding objects around you.
* Polleo Shot: This skill uses your LP to deal high damage on the enemy.
* Designation: This skill will let you mark your target to decrease its Evasion Ratio and Magical Resistance.
* Piercing Shot: This skill does more damage on enemies with higher defence.
* Shotgun Launch: Fires a shot with high hit probability. 1 LP Required.
* Prepared Shot: Attack with maximum energy and cause powerful bullets fire.
* Disarm: This skill causes "Shock" on monsters and "Attack Power Decrease" on other players.
* Freezing Shot: This skill lets you attack your target with a shot that may add "Freezing " Effect.
* Emission: Regional pollution generated by the region in a state of intoxicating the enemies who make it.
* Lightning Shot: Lightning force by the thunderstorm with a grenade launcher. In a certain probability thunderstorm will be created near the enemy transmission. (Up to 4 times)
